At stake is a possible meeting with five-times Wimbledon champ Roger Federer, who faces Tommy Haas in the first semi final.
Earlier, the 22 year old Scot beat Spain's Juan Carlos Ferrero in straight sets, 7-5 6-3 6-2, to make it into the Wimbledon semi-finals for the first time.
